At Electric Love Festival, I was responsible for the complete artist management of over 160 acts across 6 stages — from the first rider review to the last departure. Shutdown Festival and other events followed.

That experience showed me what professional advancing really means — and how indispensable it is for a smooth festival operation. It also showed me a gap: nobody in DACH was offering this as a standalone service.
In the Netherlands, it's already standard practice: advancing is handled by specialist agencies who know exactly what they're doing. In DACH, advancing is still squeezed in as an afterthought — piled onto an already overworked production team.
